Hello. Kia Ora. Talofa. Ni Ho. However you say it, there's always a warm welcome at William Buck. Our team is as diverse as the communities we serve. With over 15 cultures represented in our firm, diversity of ideas and thoughts are some of our key strengths.
Creating an enjoyable environment to spend our days is part of our master plan to create an exceptional place to work. A place where talented people, can do exceptional work, make great friends and create positive change. Our people are individuals and that's how they're treated. We welcome people who have a positive attitude, who care for their colleagues and clients and enjoy cooperating with others. Our team members also have to be up for a good celebration when called for - these are regular occurrences! Most of all, we welcome people who strive to create positive change in the lives of their clients, their colleagues and for themselves.
We strive to provide a wide range of experiences and learning opportunities that have a positive impact upon our teams lives and help them to build their futures. We know that a commitment to life long learning will be critical to people's success. Our in-house and external learning and development initiatives give people the knowledge and experience to become trusted advisors and to meet any continuing professional development (CPD) requirements. The skills that people gain have lasting value and lead to satisfying careers and happy lives.
We enjoy getting together. It is important to know each other well in order to work as an exceptional team. There are many opportunities to catch up socially, with our active social club organising events each month as well as regular firm events such as our annual retreat, mid year dinners and end of year lunch.
We're committed to supporting our local community, and we donate to a charity of choice each year as part of our annual team challenge.
William Buck welcomes enquiries from experienced professionals.
