Alex has a passion for innovation and enjoys working with technology companies, from startup through to exit.

Alex is a Director in our Tax Services division. He has built his experience working with a range of private and public companies in the tech sector, including SaaS, Blockchain and NFTs, Fintech, Data Science, Biotech, AR/VR, Regtech, Cleantech, IoT and Advanced Manufacturing.

Alex has the knowledge and expertise to advise on complex tax issues including the R&D Tax Incentive, Export Market Development Grant, employee share schemes, corporate restructures, international expansion and exits.

Alex is passionate about the development of the startup community and regulary volunteers his time as a mentor at accelerators and incubators.

As a Fellow of the Tax Institute, Alex is a regular speaker at forums and other industry events.

In his life prior to becoming a tax adviser, Alex was a tennis coach, a skill that has served him well when training and developing junior members of his team. Alex is passionate about the sport and enjoys playing the game in his spare time.
