As the General Manager for William Buck, Kim’s focus is to enable others to do their best work with efficient and effective operations. She oversees functions of Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Administration and Property.
Prior to taking on the General Manager role Kim’s passion for enabling people to do their best work saw her in various Human Resource roles, within a number industries including fast moving consumer goods and professional services.
Her expertise and enjoyment of business, strategy and people allows her to develop pragmatic solutions to whatever problem needs to be resolved or opportunity needs to be realised. A strategic bent means that Kim considers the long term and seeks to understand the big picture when formulating a recommendation and action plan.
Enjoyment and purpose in a job get people excited to come to work. Making sure they have the tools to do a great job amplifies their performance. Nothing satisfies her more than seeing signals that the business and individuals she is working with is on the right path to achieving their goals.
