Manda is a Chartered Accountant passionate about helping businesses solve problems and create value. She particularly enjoys working with entrepreneurial businesses who have strong growth aspirations.
Able to draw on her experience in business valuations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and ASX listings if required, she also enjoys being a sounding board for her clients on strategic business planning issues.
Her approach is focused on maximising business outcomes and supporting her clients to achieve their commercial objectives.
Manda has acted as independent expert in relation to public company M&A transactions and given expert evidence in court in relation to business/share valuations and quantification of damages in commercial disputes.
She started her career in public practice in PwC’s Middle Market division more than 20 years ago and joined William Buck as a Director in 2008 to establish its Corporate Advisory practice in Sydney.
She is currently the Chair of Chartered Accountants ANZ’s National Business Valuation Community and an Adjunct Fellow at Macquarie University, where she lectures in Applied Business Valuations to postgraduate students. She is also an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of Judo Bank, a dedicated business bank.
